Logo UpCycling for the corporate design of Nord-Schrott
For the scrap and metal wholesale Nord-Schrott from Flensburg we took over the logo re-design. The predecessor also came from our creative agency.
One requirement of the logo re-design was to eliminate the company colors cyan and yellow. Since the company colors have become synonymous with Nord-Schrott in the Flensburg region over the decades, we found this step risky. So we were able to convince the customer to continue to use his old proven colors for the external appearance in the region and to rely on black and white for the international appearance.
The Hammerman logo was only slightly modified. Instead, the lettering was given a complete makeover. The font was developed exclusively for the recycling group and also used for the partner companies. The apparent divergence between the black and white logo and the 4c version was brought closer together over several phases.
